One of my favorite blogs is Dooce, written by a woman I've never met. She's the one who gave me the idea of writing Jack a letter every month. (A practice that I stopped after a year, but one that she still holds to--they're on month 58 or something). She's also got a book coming out in March that I am so excited to read. It's a memoir about her journey through post-partum depression called It Sucked, and Then I Cried. Yup, that pretty much sums up PPD.
Well, our lives are quite similar these days. She's pregnant too, with her second child, due just two weeks before I am. A recent blog post of hers put the whole "we're doing this all over again" thought into really great words. So I must direct you to it. Enjoy.

Thanks for posting that link. I haven't been over to Dooce in a while, but that was a good one to read. It made me cry actually, because I'm not sure if I'll ever be ready to take that leap again. But it's nice to know she, you, and others who've been through the same thing are. :)
